Chocolate Mint Brownies
By: Sharon Lyons ('64)
1 cup sugar               1 - 16 oz can Hershey's
1/2 cup butter                                   Chocolate Syrup
4 eggs-beatened      1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup flour
*Mix together in order given.  Pour into greased 9x13 pan.  Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Frosting
2 teaspoons powdered sugar;   1/2 cup butter;
2 Tablespoons milk;   i/2 Tablespoon peppermint
flavoring; green food coloring
*Mix tog. and spread over cooled brownies. Let set

Glaze:  1 c chocolate chips; 6 Tablespoons butter
Melt (can microwave) and mix.  Pour over frosted brownies.  Let set.  Store in refrigerator.


Tips: Be sure to allow plenty of time for each layer to set. I usually make these over a two day period. Store well in refrigerator.
